Quality Assurance
The Slaters Group recognise the importance of quality assurance systems to provide improved control of key processes, to maintain quality, and manage growth. The group is therefore committed to constantly achieving accreditation to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 with regular internal and external audits taking place to ensure this standard is maintained.
Environment
As a group we value the environment in which we live and work and take an active interest in the impact our business could have on the environment. In support of this we have now attained accreditation to the BSEN ISO 14001:2004 standard in environmental management systems. This accreditation confirms our commitment to minimise our impact on the environment and to operate our business in a sustainable manner wherever possible. Investing in our people
We continuously support staff development to further enhance personal and corporate growth. We provide premium training for staff allowing them to evolve and be up to date with the ever changing requirements of our industry. Our Apprenticeship Scheme has been particularly successful, with the majority of our engineers having had advanced through this scheme to hold various positions within the group.
